After an early breakfast, we left the resort to the South of Phan Thiet city to Taku Mountain. We started to HIKE just before 9 am, walking up through some beautiful tropical rainforest. It took us around 2 hours to get to the top (around 690m). The hike is a bit difficult at the beginning because you have to climb up many big stone steps, and at the end as well, because of rocks on the path and big roots of the trees. But students did a great job, we are all very proud of them! :-) Once at the top, we enjoyed the view and went to see the big reclining Buddha statue. We then went down by cable and had lunch. Back at the resort, students had quite a busy and active afternoon, with SPORTS GAMES on the beach (soccer and volley ball) and WATER POLO in the swimming pool, lots of fun!
